Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nisaba, a software service for options research, strategy modeling, education and simulated (paper) trading, available at nisaba.trading and operated by Nisaba LLC (“Nisaba”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. What Nisaba is — and is not

• Nisaba is research, analytics and education software.
• It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser or financial planner, and it does not give personalised investment, legal or tax advice.
• Nisaba never places, changes or cancels orders. Any trade you make, you make yourself, in your own brokerage account.
• Paper trades are simulations. Simulated results do not reflect real fills, fees, liquidity or risk.

2. AI-generated content

Some explanations are written by an AI model from numbers produced by Nisaba's calculation engines. AI text can be wrong or incomplete and is never a recommendation to buy or sell a security.

3. Market data

Prices, option chains and company data come from third-party providers and your own connected brokerage account. Data may be delayed, stale or unavailable and is labelled where it is shown. Model estimates are labelled as model estimates and are not quotes.

4. Brokerage connection

Connecting tastytrade is optional and read-only. You can disconnect at any time. Your brokerage credentials are never shown to Nisaba staff.

5. Plans and billing

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial of Pro Trader with no payment details required. Paid plans (Starter, Pro Trader and Elite Trader) renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Plans & Billing. If you choose a paid plan during your trial, your card is first charged when the trial ends. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period. Prices and the renewal date are shown before you subscribe. Payments are processed by our payment provider; Nisaba never sees your full card number.

6. Acceptable use

• No scraping, reselling or redistributing data shown in Nisaba.
• No attempts to bypass usage limits, security controls or plan restrictions.

7. Closing your account

You can delete your account from Settings at any time. If you have paid time left, you keep access until the end of that period and your account and data are then deleted.

8. No warranty; limitation of liability

Nisaba is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nisaba is not liable for trading losses or decisions made using the service.
