Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Nisaba LLC (“Nisaba”, “we”) handles your information when you use Nisaba at nisaba.trading.
What we store
- Account details: email address, display name and sign-in records.
- Your work in the app: saved strategies, comparisons, paper trades, journal notes, alerts, Academy progress and Chat conversations.
- If you connect tastytrade: an encrypted access token, account numbers (masked when displayed), balances and positions — read-only.
- Usage records: AI requests, metered actions and their estimated cost, used for plan limits and cost control.
- Billing: your plan, renewal dates and payment status. Card details are held by our payment provider, never by Nisaba.
How it is protected
- Every table is protected so each user can only read their own records.
- Brokerage tokens are encrypted at rest and only used on the server.
- Administrators can see account, plan and usage summaries to operate the service; every administrative change is logged.
AI processing
When you ask for an AI explanation, the numbers the calculation engines produced (and your question) are sent to an AI model provider to write the explanation. Brokerage credentials are never sent.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run Nisaba.
Your choices
- Disconnect tastytrade at any time from Integrations.
- Delete your account and data at any time from Settings. If you have paid time left, deletion happens when it ends.
